Wondering where the concerts, shows and big games happen around here? Whether you're after a big concert, a Spud Kings game or a night at the theater, here's our guide to East Idaho's main venues: what each one hosts and where to find its official calendar. Lineups change all the time, so we've linked each venue's own calendar rather than listing dates. For this month's picks, see our monthly "What's happening in East Idaho" post.
Idaho Falls event venues
Mountain America Center (1690 Event Center Drive). Idaho Falls' arena hosts concerts, touring shows, motorsports like AMA EnduroCross, college basketball such as the Snake River Invitational, and Idaho Falls Spud Kings hockey. Ticketmaster is its official ticketing partner, and the Bingham Healthcare Box Office is near the front southeast entry. There are about 1,500 parking spots on the property, including accessible spaces, and a parking charge is added to the ticket price for ticketed events. It also has a clear-bag policy. Frontier Center for the Performing Arts (501 S Holmes Ave), the former Idaho Falls Civic Center for the Performing Arts. Built in 1952 and connected to Idaho Falls High School, it seats about 1,800. It hosts Broadway productions, concerts, recitals, graduations, community celebrations and the Idaho Falls Symphony. The City of Idaho Falls owns it, and the Idaho Falls Arts Council handles bookings. A renovation of its public spaces was finished in 2026. It's home to Bengals football and ISU indoor track and field, and it also hosts high school football, the Simplot Games indoor track meet, state wrestling tournaments and other community events. A 2023 renovation added new ADA-compliant seating throughout. ICCU Dome · ISU football schedule

The Port at the Bannock County Events Complex (10588 Fairground Drive). The county bills it as Idaho's largest amphitheater. It's outdoors, with a mountain backdrop, hosting touring artists and local favorites during its summer concert season. Reserved seats have a section, row and seat, the lawn is general admission, and the pit is standing room unless a show has a seated pit. Parking is first come, first served, shows go on rain or shine, and there's a clear-bag policy. Kids 3 and under don't need a ticket. The Port
