Ali was born and raised in Rigby, Idaho, and grew up around real estate. After ten years as a dental hygienist, her own experience building, buying and selling homes led her into the industry. She loves the outdoors and boating, and she brings that same energy to every client. Her values are service, knowledge and integrity, and she builds long-term relationships by truly caring about each client's needs.

Josh was born and raised in Blackfoot and spent 16 years in the insurance industry before he and Ali partnered up to build AVO together. He loves everything about real estate, from buying and selling to investing, and he really enjoys meeting people and helping them through a big move. Outside of work you'll find him outdoors, traveling, or coaching and cheering at youth sports.
